The rooms were great and the location was perfect, making it a great choice if you plan on visiting the Laguna Phuket Golf Club for a city break.

The living room and kitchen areas were nice. The restaurant in the villa provided some respite for food if we didnt want to or have the means to travel to town.
The common toilet (i stay in a 3-bedroom villa) didn't have hot water. The safe in the main bedroom didn't come with instructions on how to use it. The rooms have a stale smell when we first entered and need to ventilate. Some air freshener would be nice. The videos (4 of them) were dated and not very current. The water on the 2nd last day was not replenished. The free shuttle was just to Layan Beach and Tesco Express which is a bit boring - can consider to extend to town area. The jacuzzi in the bathtub didn't work.

Unlike beaches in phuket town, layman beach is more or less secluded. Also its an amazing beach. I liked layman villas as it is a superb accommodation for people like me who are looking for a quiet and quality time with their loved one. Hotel is ensconcen lush greenery. Your villa remains completely yours, not in line ot of anyone else. There is a private pool, waterclean and well circulated. Bathroom has a Jaccuzi style bathtub. View from the roof is amazing. The owner, PK, a very friendly person, and his staff take good care of all your needs. We were given a mobile phone with local sim card to be in touch with him. The adjoining restaurant is equally good, good range of Thai food and a long wine and cocktail list. I can recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a time to relax and stay away from the noise of city. Also, PK, can arrange a rental car for you which is not very expensive. You need a car to explore phuket at your leizure.

Our stay at Layan Villas was wonderful. The Villas are beautiful, but it is their devoted staff that make the holiday perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Pumipat Khoo-Aroon (pk) who has continuously supported us and made all arrangements (massages at all hours, transfers, rentals, trips etc). He was available around the clock, always warmly kind and friendly. Always found a solution to perfectly fit our schedule and wishes. Thank you again pk. The Layan area is peaceful, a place to enjoy nature and local life. Perfect to relax, yet only half an hour drive from the overcrowded Patong, Phuket city or other busy areas. The Villas have a restaurant offering good Thai dishes.

Spaciousness, friendly & fantastic hospitality given.
TV too small, entrance to the villa need to be lighted up during at night. Need to place more Layan villas sign boards around the vicinity especially before Layan Gardens.

I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful villa, the room is big and clean, separate living room with kitchen are huge, pool in the middle, not much choice for breakfast but you have it in your villa, I enjoyed very much the privacy. I will recommend it to someone who looking for quiet and relaxing

Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice design houses. Cafe next door. Beautiful beach 5 minute DRIVE away.
Not child friendly at all. Many steps in villa; dangerous staircase outside to rooftop. Bedrooms do not connect so you have to go via pool side, therefore cannot leave kids in their own room. We wished we could have been closer to beach.

Loved everything about the Villas. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the tv (if we were at home) had heaps of channels, and the pool was great. The staff were friendly and would help if they could with any small thing we may have wanted. Peekay, the owner, went out of his way to make sure we were happy and could speak very good english! There were only a few other villas so it was quiet and we felt like we were the only people there. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the food could be sent to our villa.
We were too far away from most of the attractions so getting to Patong or the wharf to go to any of the islands took longer than expected however, we booked a taxi driver to take us around the sights for the day which was great and he knew the short cuts!

The room and area are spacious. Deco is nice. Swimming pool is great!
The shower place can be nicer and drainage could be better.
